Thoughts

Where do you start? Lifting off the ground in a metal tube and thrustng forward and up through the clouds always makes me think about my mortality. Life could end on the bottom of the sea amongst scraps of metal or a part of the dust on some obscure mountain top. You never know. The upside, it makes me think about relationships; faithfulness or lack of it; obedience/disobedience; or am I at peace with God and man?
I have has an amazing life and been able to share it with some great people. In this moment of introspection, allow me the luxury of some boasting. Cindy's birthday is coming up and and so we get to celebrate her life! She is my beautiful wife. We've been best friends since we were 15 years old! She has been faithful and often smiling. She is a women who is not afriad to put her head down and work hard! She loves Jesus and relies on him. She is everything that I ever wanted in a wife. Thanks for being you and continuing to unfold as rose later in the season.

If I was to reflect out loud about my girls they would be upset with me. So in a vague and yet specific way....those that know them would put the pieces together...who is who. Independent and accomplished; resourceful and inventive; fearless; gentle; encouraging; never gives up; focused; provides the "glue"; laughs alot; funny; snuggles; creative; patient; gracious; and hard working. So which adjective goes with which daughter? You have Elishia, Cherrypie, Kat, and Soph. (Nick names are better on the internet.
Oh and not to miss anyone- there's also Mr. S....strong as an Ox; brillant; does things with excellence; lots of heart (esp for the little ones or the weak); and can build anything.
